Abolitionists Museum Script

ebook
Abolitionists’ Museum is the theatrical teaching tool that will be utilized by all M.O.S.T. teams. The play uses the real words from the speeches and writings of eight historical figures – all of whom had a major impact on the American slavery narrative – and all who are now wax figures in a museum. The plot follows their debate about what to do with a Confederate flag recently hung in their place of residence. The audience is treated to a passionate debate about slavery, race, violence, poverty, discrimination and democracy. Next a post-show conversation encourages audience members to do the same and they do!
